Boldmedia Branding Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

At Boldmedia Branding, we require a 75% deposit or full payment upfront before commencing any project. This policy ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and materials to deliver high-quality services to our clients. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) and are due upon receipt of our invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.

No Refunds

Please note that all payments made to Boldmedia Branding are non-refundable. Once a payment is received, it is considered confirmation of your order, and we will proceed with the work as agreed. In the event of project cancellation by the client, any outstanding balance will remain due and payable.

Quote Requests

When requesting a quote, please provide all relevant company information and details about your project. Ensure that your request is clear and comprehensive to facilitate an accurate response. We only provide quotes for three requests; if no work is confirmed after these quotes, we will not issue additional quotes. If you require further quotes, a fee may be charged.

Responsibility for Materials and Equipment

All materials and machinery delivered to the site, whether at a mall, shopping center, or residential property, are deemed to be supplied to the client. Once materials and items have been delivered to your site, they become your responsibility.It is the client’s duty to ensure the safety and security of such items. Boldmedia Branding is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to these materials and equipment once they are on-site. We strongly recommend that appropriate measures be taken to protect these items, including but not limited to secure storage, surveillance, and regular monitoring.

Project Changes and Delays

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments. Boldmedia Branding will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, material shortages, or client-requested changes.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 12-month guarantee on all services provided. During this warranty period, we will rectify any defects in workmanship at no additional cost to the client. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Boldmedia Branding remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. We retain the right to use project images and descriptions for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any proprietary information without prior written consent. In turn, we expect our clients to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with South African law.

Health and Safety

Boldmedia Branding is committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our employees and subcontractors. We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and expect our clients to provide a safe working environment on-site. If any unsafe conditions are identified, we reserve the right to suspend work until the issue is resolved.

Termination

Boldmedia Branding reserves the right to terminate our services if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if the client’s actions jeopardize the successful completion of the project. In such cases, any outstanding balance will remain due and payable.

Supersession of Terms

These terms and conditions supersede any verbal communications or prior agreements. By contracting with Boldmedia Branding, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms.
